Senior Technical Account Manager (Fintech, Cloud)

Senior Technical Account Manager (Fintech, Cloud): Leading client projects on cloud-based AML/Fraud solutions, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirements to deployment with an accent on secure, compliant, and scalable software delivery. Focus on managing cross-functional teams, building client relationships, and ensuring projects meet financial services industry standards.

Location: Hybrid in Cochabamba, Bolivia (2 days per week at the office).

What you will do

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure quality solutions are delivered within constraints.
• Build and maintain successful client and internal relationships.
• Perform data and business analysis for projects.
• Provide hands-on support to the project technical team in configuration and testing.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in technical account management, project management, business analysis, technical sales, and consultancy.
• Financial industry knowledge with expertise in AML regulations.
• Technical experience implementing systems for financial organizations.
• Proven experience managing multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
• Ability to evaluate customer requirements and map them to solutions and services.
• Excellent English communication skills (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills (C1+).
