What you will do

• Lead the bid management process, shaping value propositions and designing efficient processes.
• Develop comprehensive bid strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create compelling proposals, writing and editing content tailored to client needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with bids, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (sales, product, legal, finance).
• Oversee final preparation and submission of bids, adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Bid Manager with good knowledge of card acquiring and gateway solutions.
• Strong ability to understand client industries and challenges, linking solutions to needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience and ability to work on concurrent deals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
