What you will do

  • Translate company strategy into actionable plans, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to support growth, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Architect scalable processes and governance models to improve operational performance.
  • Build dashboards, financial models, and conduct business analysis to support decision-making.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across Product, Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Prepare strategic materials for executive leadership and board updates.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom
  • 4–6 years experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with accountability.
