What you will do

  • Own strategic roadmap for digital channels across player lifecycle from awareness to retention.
  • Orchestrate connected player journey across web, community, email/CRM, social, and in-game overlays.
  • Partner with Live Ops, Product, and Publishing teams to translate in-game events into digital experiences.
  • Build integrated roadmap from Private Alpha to Launch with phase-specific objectives and success metrics.
  • Evaluate and implement digital tools/platforms for CMS, A/B testing, player segmentation, and personalization.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Comms, Community, and UA teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must be onsite in Los Angeles, California, United States.
  • 10+ years in F2P, live service, digital or product strategy roles at global tech or high-growth startup.
  • Deep understanding of platform business models and multi-sided ecosystems.
  • Proven success building roadmaps intersecting data, design, product, and GTM.
  • Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
