What you will do

• Build, launch, and scale community programs and content campaigns for a new, unreleased game, blending IRL and online participation.
• Develop incentive systems, content creation pipelines, and engagement frameworks for participants from grassroots to top-tier creators.
• Partner with the game team to advise on features and systems that strengthen social connectivity, share-ability, and community growth.
• Identify emerging platforms, participation formats, and creator ecosystems, translating insights into community strategy.
• Build and maintain feedback loops that surface player insights and represent the community in cross-functional discussions.
• Stand up early community operations, including processes, toolkits, and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience working in and managing online communities, including social media, community management, digital marketing, or influencer strategies.
• Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, emerging formats, online community organization, and creator behavior.
• Experience taking community or creator initiatives from zero to one.
• Experience serving and uniting a global playerbase through content and engagement.
• Experience building structured feedback loops for players and influencers alike.
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams (both publishing and development).
