What you will do

• Design and build reference architectures and productionalize customer use cases.
• Scope and manage professional services engagements with customers.
• Guide customers through transformational big data and AI projects including migrations and deployments.
• Consult on architecture and provide escalated support for operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery meets customer needs.
• Provide feedback to engineering and support teams for product improvements.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala coding.
• Expertise in at least one cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working knowledge of others.
• Deep knowledge of Apache Spark and distributed computing.
• Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and end-to-end data architecture design.
• Ability to travel to customers approximately 30% of the time.
