TL;DR

Chief Data & AI Officer (Data & AI): Leading the Group’s Data and AI transformation and driving end-to-end Data Strategy, Governance, and roadmap from strategic vision to technical execution across the organization. Focus on unifying product vision, business value creation, and technical excellence while building reusable Data Products and scaling AI from experimentation to production.

Location: Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux (France), requires office attendance 3 times a week.

What you will do

• Define and execute unified Data & AI vision, 3-year roadmap, and govern investments with KPIs.
• Partner with functions to deliver AI-powered features, build reusable Data Products like customer graphs and recommendation engines.
• Drive AI roadmap with MLOps, from proofs of concept to scalable deployment.
• Lead evolution of data and AI platform, data ingestion, modeling, governance, and compliance.
• Scale ML/AI/GenAI use cases across domains like fraud prevention and personalization; create AI Incubator.
• Build high-performing Data & AI organization, foster data-driven culture, and represent in external ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership: Enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives, P&L impact, COMEX credibility.
• Data foundations: Enterprise data governance, quality, lineage, GDPR/AI Act compliance.
• AI industrialization: POC to production scaling, MLOps/GenAIOps expertise across domains.
• Technology literacy: Modern cloud data stacks, architectural direction.
• Change management: Embed data/AI decision-making, cross-functional community animation.
• Leadership: Multi-country Data & AI teams, scalable operating model, talent attraction.
