What you will do

• Collect, clean, and harmonize data from LIMS, robots, instruments, and other digital laboratory systems.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor lab performance, including TAT, backlog, OOS/OOT, and asset utilization.
• Conduct diagnostic and statistical analyses to identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
• Create predictive or prescriptive models to optimize lab throughput, compounding accuracy, and batch execution.
• Monitor and improve data quality through validation rules, checks, and exception reporting.
• Collaborate with lab operations, fragrance analysts, and IT teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within industry or consultancy.
• Proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.
• Experience with data transformation tools such as Python, R, or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with laboratory digital systems like LIMS and BES.
• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English.
