TL;DR

Customer Success Analyst I: Provide customer-facing success management and support for hirify.global services and solutions with an accent on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing customer relationships, resolving issues proactively, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment aligned with North American time zones.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; must work in North American time zones (East Coast to Hawaii)

What you will do

  • Support customers reactively and proactively to ensure success with hirify.global services and solutions
  • Coordinate issue resolution and document processes to drive operational excellence and automation
  • Own and drive resolution of customer issues, facilitating escalations and managing cross-functional teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to support operational needs
  • Conduct regular operational calls and meetings to manage customer success activities
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and escalate new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Must work in North American time zones (East Coast to Hawaii)
  • Associate degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Customer-facing communication skills and team collaboration
  • Willingness to work non-standard business hours as required by customers

Nice to have

  • Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Remedy, Workday, and SharePoint
  • Background in SaaS, Digital Banking, ATM, ITM, or Financial Services environment
