What you will do
- Process customer and payment system requests via Jira helpdesk and email.
- Monitor and maintain the stability of payment systems.
- Work directly with payment systems and analyse payment-related incidents.
- Prepare reports on recurring payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams including 2nd Line Support, Finance, and Account Managers.
- Work on a 2/2 shift schedule with 12-hour shifts including night shifts.
Requirements
- Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably technical.
- English and Russian: upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency.
- Experience with payment systems preferred.
- Experience providing support via helpdesk systems desirable.
- Background in technical support (1st or 2nd line) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of web architecture is a plus.
