What you will do
- Provide technical support via help-desk, forums, and issue trackers.
- Maintain and update the support knowledge base.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product teams to improve product direction.
- Assist internal teams with identity management integration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in QA or customer support
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic Linux administration knowledge (Bash, grep, SSH).
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networks and protocols (OSI model, HTTP).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Okta, Entra ID, Keycloak, or Ping Identity.
- Programming or scripting experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS support practices.
