What you will do
- Provide technical support via help-desk, forums, and issue tracker.
- Maintain and update support knowledge base.
- Act as liaison between customers and product teams, understanding IT landscapes and identity management.
- Assist internal teams with integrating identity management into products.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer support experience
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Self-management and good communication skills.
- Basic Linux administration knowledge including Bash, grep, SSH, curl.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of network protocols such as DNS and HTTP.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Okta, Entra ID, Keycloak, or Ping Identity.
