Account Executive (DACH Sales): Driving revenue growth by closing new enterprise clients within the DACH region with an accent on complex negotiations, strategic relationship management, and pipeline forecasting. Focus on developing tailored sales initiatives and leveraging market expertise to exceed sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid model, spending the majority of time in the office within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). hirify.global has offices in Stockholm, London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Oslo, and Seoul.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in large accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations and collaborate with legal teams to finalize deals.
  • Manage and forecast sales opportunities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to develop tailored sales initiatives.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and account status updates to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding and a network from selling to one of the following verticals: Media (inc. Broadcasting, Production), Digital Publishing, Agencies, Corporate (inc. FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Sports).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proven experience in leading negotiations with enterprise-level clients.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and reporting, and other typical systems like Ironclad, Jira.
  • Fluent in English and German to a C1+ level, both written and spoken.
