What you will do

• Administer, develop, configure, and support IT and business applications globally, focusing on Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Design and implement automation and best practices for tech platforms.
• Provide system administration and support across multiple markets and collaborate with local teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid setup based in Stockholm, Sweden
• At least 4 years of experience with Google Workspace in agile environments.
• 3+ years of CRM administration experience.
• Experience in IT support and advanced workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing company with multiple markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Powershell, or Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of Slack, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Jira Service Management, and IT security principles.
