Senior Fullstack Developer (TypeScript)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (TypeScript): Designing and developing new features for SaaS products with an accent on enhancing user experience and increasing product functionality. Focus on technical leadership, code quality improvements, and solving complex technical challenges across multiple projects.

Location: Full remote within the French timezone. Office available in Paris (France).

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 fixed salary + €15,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Design and develop new features for SaaS products, covering both frontend and backend.
• Step into a technical lead role within your squad, driving excellence and setting standards.
• Improve the codebase through refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Help the customer support team resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers.

Requirements

• Expert in TypeScript / JavaScript with at least 7 years of experience.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications.
• Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB, and ideally React.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
• Comfortable with agile methodologies.
• Proficient in both French and English and able to work in the French timezone.

Nice to have

• First experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Self-taught with personal programming projects outside of work.
