What you will do

• Develop strategic creative concepts for paid video campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to generate insights and optimize creatives.
• Write creative briefs to guide designers, motion artists, and video editors.
• Collaborate with UA, growth, and media buying teams to test and scale creatives.
• Review and optimize creative iterations to align with brand and business goals.
• Manage the full creative process from concept to execution and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing roles.
• Proven portfolio of data-driven creative concepts with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of paid social creative performance and testing methodologies.
• Fluent English required, with experience targeting global and US audiences.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and project management tools like ClickUp and Jira.
• Experience with AI tools such as Arcads, Elevenlabs, and ChatGpt.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German, Spanish, or French.
