What you will do

• Build and optimize multi-channel, full-funnel marketing systems
• Identify and implement AI-driven optimizations and automations to increase output quality and efficiency
• Lead performance strategy focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, and conversion rate uplift
• Drive creative testing, funnel optimization, and data-backed decision-making
• Collaborate across teams for non-specialist tasks and execute at top-1% level in your deep specialization
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients; mentor team members

Requirements

• English: C1+ required (near-native proficiency)
• Remote work: must be able to work remotely worldwide or relocate to Dubai with visa sponsorship
• 3–8+ years of relevant experience in a deep marketing specialization
• High-performance psychological profile with strong ownership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making
• Curiosity and active use of AI and automation to amplify work efficiency
