What you will do
- Plan and publish quarterly customer newsletters using Zoho Campaigns and AI tools.
- Develop and execute multi-touch LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and consolidate target databases for outreach and lead generation.
- Improve sales processes and create sales assets using Zoho and JIRA.
- Create and maintain an internal knowledge base and troubleshooting wiki.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline sales operations and documentation.
Requirements
- Location: Must work Sydney time zone (Australian Eastern Time)
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, or operational support roles.
- 2+ years experience with Zoho Campaigns, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, and marketing tools.
- Proven experience with AI tools for business process improvement and content creation.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
