What you will do

• Plan and publish quarterly customer newsletters using Zoho Campaigns and AI tools.
• Develop and execute multi-touch LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage and consolidate target databases for outreach and lead generation.
• Improve sales processes and create sales assets using Zoho and JIRA.
• Create and maintain an internal knowledge base and troubleshooting wiki.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline sales operations and documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must work Sydney time zone (Australian Eastern Time)
• 5+ years in sales, marketing, or operational support roles.
• 2+ years experience with Zoho Campaigns, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, and marketing tools.
• Proven experience with AI tools for business process improvement and content creation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
