What you will do
- Develop and maintain brand, targeting, and content strategies optimized for paid marketing
- Manage thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Build and scale AI-driven creative production workflows for rapid content iteration
- Optimize campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion, and revenue
- Stay ahead of social media trends to lead creative innovation
- Collaborate with engineering to optimize marketing processes and systems
Requirements
- Location: Remote work with presence in Berlin, London, New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco
- English: Proficient (implied by job language)
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in creative or entertainment marketing
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads
- Proven ability to manage 100+ simultaneous campaigns and conduct large-scale A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills and self-directed approach in fast-paced environments
