What you will do
- Lead strategic account management and oversee post-sale success for global biotech and pharma customers.
- Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI, presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate multi-workstream engagements and lead cross-functional teams including Scientific Advisors and Product teams.
- Manage customer relationships and act as primary escalation point for enterprise accounts.
- Drive customer feedback into product and service improvements and align with ML research teams.
- Design and co-create training initiatives to empower scientists on the hirify.global platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work remotely from the US East Coast.
- 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles, preferably in Life Sciences.
- Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows and ability to engage with executive and scientific stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Familiarity with services commercials such as SOWs and budgeting.
- Experience with machine learning applications in life sciences or biotech.
