TL;DR
Technical Customer Support Specialist: Assisting customers throughout the IP management lifecycle with an accent on IP reputation management and cybersecurity. Focus on evaluating customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving customer experience and processes.
Location: Hybrid work model – 2 days per week onsite in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: 1504–1806 EUR/month gross

provides an IP address management platform offering solutions for IP leasing, monetization, and management, supporting all five RIRs with integrated technical management, security, and compliance.
What you will do
- Assist customers during all IP management lifecycle stages
- Evaluate potential and current customers according to guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions
- Improve and create external and internal knowledge bases
- Participate in improving processes and shaping customer experience
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with 2 days per week onsite in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
- English: C1 proficiency required
- Customer service experience in a tech company
- Interest in technology and understanding of IP reputation management and cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
