What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Unity team by sharing best practices and supporting hiring.
• Own planning, effort estimation, and execution, coordinating with other leads and allocating resources.
• Set technical standards for robust, reusable, and scalable codebase, focusing on mobile performance and optimisation.
• Propose new concepts and technical solutions, translating product ambition into sustainable game systems.
• Collaborate with tech leaders and cross-functional teams to improve production pipelines and drive innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Unity experience on mobile games, with deep technical knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience, managing and/or mentoring developers in remote, multicultural teams.
• Strong shipping track record, with multiple casual mobile games released and operated.
• End-to-end mastery of mobile game development, from pre-production to live operations.
• High problem-solving bar and ability to make clear decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in an international environment.

• Contribution to the development and ongoing support of live games that have been globally released and sustained for over two years.
