PLUMMY is a mobile game studio focused on creating joyful, comfortable and engaging player experiences. We are looking for a Senior GameDev Engineer (C++) to work on a live mobile title Star Merge. You will contribute directly to gameplay features, technical systems, performance and stability improvements, and SDK integrations that impact millions of players.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Design, implement and maintain gameplay features and technical systems using C++
• Improve mobile game performance and stability including ANRs, crashes, memory usage and build size
• Integrate and maintain third-party SDKs such as ads, analytics, crash reporting and customer support
• Debug and fix complex production issues, including hard-to-reproduce bugs
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, UA, QA and engineers from idea to release
• Improve architecture, code quality, tooling and technical processes
• Take full ownership of tasks, including testing and release support

📚 Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a C++ developer in mobile games or interactive applications
• Experience with game engines such as Unity, Godot, Cocos2dx, Unreal Engine or custom engines
• Strong debugging skills for crashes, memory leaks and performance issues
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on production stability and performance
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
• Strong written and spoken English

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with live operations and frequently updated mobile games
• Familiarity with observability tools such as crash logging and performance monitoring
• Experience with data-driven features, analytics or user acquisition
• Interest in architecture, refactoring and technical debt management
