What you will do

  • Lead new clients through structured onboarding and provide tailored training to maximize product value.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, monitoring health metrics to identify risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure customer success.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
  • Develop and implement targeted expansion strategies to achieve a 110% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target.

Requirements

  • English: Fluency required (Spanish is a plus).
  • Possess a customer-first mindset and sales-driven approach.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Be a proactive problem solver who takes ownership and anticipates challenges.
