Performance Design Intern

Performance Design Intern (Marketing): Support the marketing and design teams by creating compelling video and static ad creatives optimized for various platforms with an accent on performance-based mobile marketing. Focus on designing, editing, and split-testing ad creatives to determine audience engagement and effectiveness.

What you will do

• Edit videos using dynamic transitions, motion graphics, and text overlays tailored to platform styles.
• Design eye-catching static visuals optimized for different platforms.
• Experiment with different design approaches including split-testing ad creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop original creative concepts for ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a Dutch university during the internship.
• Available for 6 months, 32-40 hours per week, from February 2026 to August 2026.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
