What you will do
- Partner with customer success leadership to improve net retention and core performance metrics
- Lead strategic cross-team initiatives including AI tool adoption and service offering enhancements
- Translate CS strategy into actionable, scalable plans and playbooks aligned with SaaS best practices
- Manage business and resource allocation decisions including staffing and support models
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to executive leadership for continuous improvement
- Quarterly business plan adjustments and performance optimization
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in France or able to work remotely within France
- 2-3+ years in top-tier consulting or tech startup environment
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work under pressure with adaptability
- English proficiency: B2 level or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools adoption in business operations
- Familiarity with SaaS customer success metrics and strategies
