What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of customers and internal users through interviews, data analysis, and feedback.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into clear strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to define scope, write requirements, and deliver quality iterations.
• Improve product clarity and usability by simplifying workflows and reducing redundancy.
• Define and track success metrics related to adoption, retention, and time to value.
• Collaborate across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil and work remotely.
• 2+ years of product management experience in user-facing software.
• Experience in startup and SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret product data and connect to business outcomes.
• Clear communication skills, especially in writing and remote collaboration.
• Strong cross-functional execution and ability to align stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in product-led growth environments.
• Experience with experiments and measurement (A/B testing).
• SQL familiarity.
• Experience in travel or hospitality industries.
