What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customer and internal user needs through interviews, data, and feedback.
• Identify high-impact opportunities within Insights and translate them into a clear strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to define scope, write clear requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations.
• Improve product clarity and usability by reducing redundancy, simplifying workflows, and sharpening the path to value.
• Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, retention, and time to value.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other stakeholders to align priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience working on user-facing software.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret product data, identify patterns, and connect work to business outcomes.
• Clear, direct communication skills, especially in writing and remote collaboration.
• Strong cross-functional execution skills to align partners and keep work moving.
• Experience translating customer and stakeholder needs into crisp product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience in product-led growth environments, moving quickly, and iterating based on learning.
• Experience partnering on experiments and measurement (A/B tests are a plus).
• SQL familiarity.
• Experience in travel or hospitality.
