What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients in the Netherlands.
- Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and coordinate internal teams for client needs.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies, leading negotiations for contract renewals.
- Address and resolve post-sales issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales and identify upsell opportunities.
- Represent client interests internally and champion client success stories.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Experience in selling technology products and services.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in customer onboarding, handling, and escalation management.
- Ability to convert business problems into technical solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona, Spain.
