What you will do

  • Strengthen key agency partnerships by providing solution-focused proposals based on agency and advertiser goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and end-to-end support to HoldCos/Indies, becoming an advisory point for e-commerce solutions.
  • Educate Agencies on hirify.global’s technology across channels and devices.
  • Optimize accounts to improve performance for advertisers and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Manage key account strategy and conversation within teams, acting as the first point of contact for tech resolution.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized client solutions and ensure client goals are reached.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the regional digital media landscape either in an agency or ad-tech company.
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Understanding of how agencies work, both HoldCos and Indies in the IBERIA region, and ability to build strong, long-term relationships with them.
  • Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formats.
  • Motivated self-starter with solid customer service experience and a consultative approach.
  • Strong commercial mindset, sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on upselling and client growth.
