What you will do

• Train and scale neural networks for processing source code.
• Develop new methods and improve existing ones for code generation, code editing, and agent-based workflows.
• Mentor colleagues on machine learning topics.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work restricted to Germany or specified European cities
• Experience in natural language processing or code modeling.
• Experience with distributed training and scaling neural networks.
• Familiarity with modern training techniques and architectures (e.g., MoE).
• Publications at top ML conferences.
• Strong programming skills.
