What you will do

• Implement and lead the company’s AI strategy and initiatives.
• Design, develop, and roll out LLM and RAG-based AI solutions.
• Manage data pipelines for efficient data collection, preprocessing, and model training.
• Deploy AI models into cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Educate and guide stakeholders on AI applications and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years in software development including 2 years in AI/ML engineering.
• Experience deploying LLMs and RAG solutions in production.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in data pipeline management and distributed systems.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
