🚀 AI / ML Engineer (Middle+ / Senior)
Format: fully remote, full-time.
Our AI Transformation Agency is looking for an engineer who will build real AI employees for sales, support, and operations teams.
Direct work with the CEO, fast decision-making, zero bureaucracy, and 100% practical work.
What you will do:
• Build end-to-end AI agents (LLM, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Integrate them with CRM, Helpdesk, Notion, Sheets, and other systems via API
• Set up RAG and vector databases
• Ship MVPs in weeks and iterate based on metrics
• Contribute to an internal library of AI modules
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Software/ML Engineering
• Strong Python (Node.js is a plus)
• Hands-on LLM experience & agent frameworks
• RAG, vector DB (Pinecone/Qdrant/Weaviate)
• API integrations, webhooks, SaaS tools
• Ability to convert business processes into functional AI workflows
