• Lead technical architecture and design of the Search AI Platform.
• Mentor and guide machine learning engineers and data scientists.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with SREs and platform engineers.
• Drive growth of OLX’s data science and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely from Germany
• Extensive experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong background in search technologies and platform engineering.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).
