What you will do

• Develop and deliver AgentAI workflows.
• Build backend integrations with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain user-facing UIs (React, Blazor, Angular or similar).
• Lead feature delivery with a focus on quality, security, and performance.
• Implement and promote AI security best practices (prompt injection, access control).
• Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AgentAI platforms (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, Gemini).
• Strong backend development skills (.NET/Python preferred), plus frontend UI experience.
• Practical application of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI agent design standards.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search solutions.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred), containers, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of AI security and observability tools.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Comfortable with AI-assisted IDEs and coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
