What you will do

• Develop and deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions using hirify.global’s foundation models and AI Foundry.
• Architect scalable, secure NLP and generative AI solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Collaborate with customers to design pilots and translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Support deployment and integration of LLMs and custom agents using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructures.
• Lead technical engagements, workshops, and establish best practices for agent-based AI systems.
• Provide customer feedback to product teams to enhance AI capabilities and features.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in AI/ML solution architecture with expertise in agentic AI and model customization.
• Strong hands-on skills with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI).
• Experience designing and deploying multi-agent AI workflows and agent orchestration frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of generative LLMs and their operational considerations.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI architectures to technical and executive audiences.
• Location: Must be based in the United States, preferably San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable AI/ML ecosystems and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with security standards for agent-based AI solutions including data privacy and model safety.
• Experience working in startup environments.
