What you will do

• Craft excellent products by building new AI-powered features for clients' customers.
• Continuously deliver changes to products, including AI model integrations and prompt optimisations.
• Work closely with your team, collaborating on traditional engineering and AI initiatives.
• Participate in regular show and tells to promote your work, from AI experiments to production deployments.
• Join clients’ internal events, including meeting external speakers and quiz nights.

Requirements

• Proven strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Advanced GenAI/LLM expertise including RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, evals, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), as well as traditional databases (PostgreSQL, Neo4j).
• Experience with React or modern UI frameworks, and API design for LLM services and conversational interfaces.
• English: B2 required.
