What you will do

• Implement and integrate production environments, including identity, networking, data pipelines, and eventing.
• Design and deliver workflows, connectors, and APIs with data mapping, transformations, and error handling.
• Ship repeatable deployments via Terraform/Helm and manage cutovers/rollbacks.
• Ensure observability and reliability by instrumenting services, defining SLOs, and handling incident response.
• Execute enterprise security reviews and produce customer-ready artifacts.
• Lead customer technical workshops, UAT, performance/load testing, and channel feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in field engineering/solutions engineering/implementation for B2B platforms, preferably in data, AI, or automation.
• Expertise in at least two cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerized app deployment.
• Strong integration capabilities, including client data connection via Trino/Starburst and custom connector development.
• Hands-on experience with identity (SAML/OIDC/SCIM) and networking (VPC design, VPN, private connectivity).
• Practical experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and SLO-driven operations.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, along with PostgreSQL and event-driven data patterns.

Nice to have

• Fundamentals in LLMs, prompting, and exposure to RAG pipelines.
