What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the evaluation infrastructure pipeline ensuring scalability and extensibility.
• Integrate new AI agents, models, tools, and runtime environments into the pipeline.
• Define and maintain contribution guidelines and processes for internal and external contributors.
• Review and curate technical contributions to ensure quality and reproducibility.
• Engage with the community to support ecosystem growth and onboarding.
• Coordinate with product, ML teams, and external contributors for smooth collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work across specified European cities or remote within Germany
• Strong experience in building and maintaining evaluation or CI/CD infrastructure pipelines.
• Understanding of GenAI in developer tooling domain.
• Proficiency in system design, coding, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-team collaboration and manage long-term project health.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-agent integration, multi-model pipelines, and benchmarking frameworks.
• Familiarity with open-source and community-driven development workflows and code review practices.
