Focus on understanding hiring needs, analyzing recruitment metrics, and collaborating on employer branding in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Remote. Must be based in Italy.

hirify.global is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup building hospitality tech to help lodging providers boost revenues and direct bookings.

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM teams to understand hiring needs and define tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source top GTM talent through various channels and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate on employer branding efforts and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with market trends to attract and engage top-tier candidates.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting GTM profiles in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience handling high candidate volumes.
  • Solid understanding of GTM KPIs and dynamics for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
  • Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native-level Italian required and English: C1 required.

  • German language skills.
