What you will do

• Lead global CRM initiatives focusing on its growth and development.
• Design and execute strategic CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback for continuous CRM optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Take full ownership of results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English (C1+).
• Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other similar marketing automation platform.
• Data-driven approach to strategic and business decisions.
• Understanding of coding languages (SQL, R, Python) is preferred.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in strategy consulting or strategy/analytics roles at top tech firms.
