What you will do

• Develop and refine Vantage’s global cybersecurity strategy, aligning with corporate goals and industry frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Oversee enterprise security policies, standards, and frameworks across business units and data center regions.
• Lead the global cybersecurity risk management program, identifying and mitigating threats to IT and OT environments.
• Oversee the global incident response framework and vulnerability management programs.
• Establish and report key cybersecurity KPIs and ensure compliance with global security regulations and audit requirements.
• Manage and develop a high-performing global cybersecurity team, fostering talent growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity programs, ideally within a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies, including SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools.
• Experience in conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response activities.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP.
• Data Center experience.
