Principal Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Set vision and strategy for growth areas aligned with company priorities.
• Own ambitious OKRs and deliver measurable impact through product changes and experiments.
• Design, prioritize, and run high-velocity experiments to validate hypotheses and unlock growth.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and GTM partners.
• Leverage customer empathy, data analysis, and market research to inform decisions.
• Mentor and coach PMs and influence product leadership forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years at Principal/Lead PM level in SaaS, B2B, or PLG environments.
• Proven growth expertise in self-serve funnel optimization and experimentation at scale.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Customer obsession and deep empathy for users.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English).
