Salary: $115,000–$157,000

What you will do

• Become the expert on customer experience for Identity and connect customer-facing teams with product and engineering to evolve the roadmap and resolve issues
• Close documentation gaps and improve help center content to reduce support tickets related to login and authentication
• Own product analytics tracking and data analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Design and facilitate user research sessions to gather qualitative feedback and identify pain points
• Project manage new feature launches ensuring quality from QA to full launch
• Identify and implement automation and process optimizations to scale operations

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person at NYC HQ at least 2 days per week
• Minimum 2 years experience in product operations, business operations, product or program management, or consulting
• Strong data and qualitative feedback skills to build strategy and product recommendations
• Experience working directly with customers through feedback or user research
• Ability to build operational processes with measurable results
• Self-starter comfortable working in undefined spaces
• AI-savvy beyond basic ChatGPT usage

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code tools like Retool, Gumloop, or n8n
• Technical programming skills in SQL, Python, Java, or React
