What you will do

• Partner with sales to help customers understand and adopt hirify.global solutions
• Provide technical leadership and consult on big data architecture and cloud integrations
• Execute proofs of concept and validate integrations with cloud and third-party services
• Build and present reference architectures and demonstrations for customers
• Promote open source projects like Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow in developer communities
• Travel to meet customers within assigned territory

Requirements

• Must be located in Massachusetts, New York, or North Carolina (East Coast US)
• 10+ years in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles with big data technologies
• Experience designing distributed data systems and programming in Python, SQL, Scala, Java, or R
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
• Undergraduate degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field
