What you will do

• Define and lead ecosystem-wide programs for technology, data, and built-on partners.
• Drive partner-facing initiatives and serve as primary interface for strategic partner programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing.
• Analyze partner adoption and marketplace performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build dashboards and reporting to guide leadership decision-making.
• Implement scalable processes to improve partner experience and reduce operational friction.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in product operations, program management, partnerships, or ecosystem/ISV operations in SaaS or cloud.
• Partner-facing experience with ISVs, software partners, or marketplaces.
• Strong program management and cross-functional initiative leadership skills.
• Analytical proficiency including SQL and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity balancing strategic thinking and operational execution.
