What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap aligned with company mission.
• Use data and AI insights for prioritization and market opportunity evaluation.
• Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with a commercial mindset.
• Translate complex fiscal and market regulations into clear product specifications using AI tools.
• Manage backlog and ensure engineering teams have refined tickets leveraging AI for efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austria, Italy, or Spain
• Languages: Fluent English and Italian (C1 level required)
• 3-4 years of hands-on product management experience with full product lifecycle ownership.
• Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or compliance-heavy SaaS environments.
• Proven use of AI tools in daily product management workflows.
• Strong business acumen including understanding of LTV, CAC, and churn metrics.
