Salary: £85,575 - £94,365 (UK), €97,500 - €107,500 (Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands), €88,500 - €97,500 (Spain, Portugal)

What you will do
- Set vision and direction for the payments platform in collaboration with teams, customers, and leadership.
- Define and track KPIs to measure success and align teams with company goals.
- Solve complex technical and business problems including risk, compliance, and system architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor product managers and scale impact across Payments teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in or have the right to work in Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, the UK, or the Netherlands.
- Deep experience in European financial services, especially account-to-account payments, e-money accounts, and financial ledgers.
- Strong communication skills to inspire teams and align stakeholders.
- Comfortable working hands-on with technical payment challenges and API design.
- Data-driven decision making and customer feedback prioritization.
- Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team environment.
