What you will do

• Define and deliver product strategy for trading, portfolio, pricing, and hedging services ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications for backend engineering teams.
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch, driving cross-team alignment and continuous iteration.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize core trading flows and shape product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Vienna, Austria
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3+ years in Technical Product Management within crypto, fintech, or trading platforms.
• Experience scaling backend or infrastructure-heavy products.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, and Engineering.
