What you will do

• Manage partner relationships as primary contact, ensuring alignment, engagement, and joint success
• Drive partner program metrics including growth, onboarding, support escalation, and cost control
• Develop partner success playbooks, training, and KPIs in collaboration with enablement teams
• Build and grow the Partner Success team with hiring strategies and defined responsibilities
• Support go-to-market efforts by defining messaging and participating in partner meetings and demos

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States, preferably Pacific or Central time zone
• 5+ years experience in partner success or leading partner programs in SaaS
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and finance
• Project and program management skills with excellent communication
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
