Senior Product Manager (Global Product Strategy): Reinventing on-demand delivery and shaping the global consumer experience with an accent on driving high-impact projects and aligning them across global and regional product teams. Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany, and be able to work in the office 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Drive high-impact strategic projects and align them across global and regional product teams.
• Coordinate larger strategic topics and influence product decisions across multiple local teams.
• Develop and execute insightful reports, org goal setting, and scorecards for business and strategic decisions.
• Own and manage an overview of specific product features, consolidating learnings and crafting recommendations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, identifying new trends and market insights.
• Facilitate problem-solving and knowledge transfer across the product organization globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience.
• Strategic vision to develop long-term product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Strong data analysis skills to gather and interpret insights for decision-making.
• Effective communication and collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills, aligning teams and ensuring successful execution.
